2026 Spring Parking Permit Request Form

By signing this Application for a Parking Permit, you are voluntarily agreeing to the terms and conditions set by KingsWay Community Church in the rental of a parking space for the remainder of the Midlothian H.S. 2025-2026 school year. The terms for the parking agreement include the following but are not limited to this list alone. KingsWay Community Church maintains close contact with Midlothian High School and is happy to work with you and them to resolve any problems or provide clarification regarding expectations or violations as they occur. Violations will be dealt with in terms of a “three strike” rule but reserves the right to revoke a parking permit immediately given the severity of the violation.

After completing this form, click here to make your payment. Simply select "Parking Permit" from the dropdown menu and enter $50, the cost of the permit for the remainder of the year. If you prefer to pay by check, make the check out to KingsWay Community Church in the amount of $50, put the student's name in the memo line, and drop it in the metal mailbox by the church's side door.

Once you have completed this form and made your payment, we will email you a parking permit to place in the dash of your vehicle.

Each permit is specifically linked to your car and cannot be transferred to others.

With questions, contact Craig Smith at 804-379-2551.

Rules for Parking:
  • I will be responsible and respectful in conduct while on the KingsWay property
  • I understand that KingsWay Community Church has a “zero tolerance” policy in regard for drugs and alcohol.
  • I will not speed (15mph) or unsafely use my vehicle in the parking lot.
  • I agree to forfeit my permit without reimbursement if I violate these rules and understand that KingsWay Community Church is at liberty to revoke my permit for careless, dangerous, or reckless behavior enacted by my own person or my motor vehicle not included in these rules.
  • On Thursdays, I will not park in the spots with orange cones. Those spots are used to operate our food pantry that day.
