Registration for Childcare during Parenting Class

Use this form to register your children who will require childcare while you attend KingsWay's parenting class. The class will take place on six consecutive Sundays starting Sunday April 27 and concluding Sunday June 1. Class will run 8:30-9:45 a.m. 

If you will attend the parenting class yourself but do not require childcare, you do not need to register yourself. Just come on Sunday April 27.
